Current public-site boundary

• The root marketing site does not yet submit contact or customer information through a web form.
• Email contact opens the visitor's chosen mail application.
• The Bayline demonstration is fictional, noindex and limited to synthetic workflows.
• Private application, tenant, token and administration routes remain protected by application authentication and are excluded from indexing.
• No real email workflow is enabled for this controlled launch.

Before any Production launch or real customer intake, Cold by Design must publish an approved privacy notice covering collection, use, retention, access, correction, deletion, providers and cross-border handling.
